For automation system applications, the 2600B series digital source meter's Test Script Processor (TSP) can run the complete test program stored in the instrument, achieving ultra-high throughput. In larger multi-channel applications, Jishili's TSP Link technology works in conjunction with TSP to achieve highly efficient, SMU per pin parallel testing.
