The 2600B series system digital source meter source measurement unit (SMU) instrument is the industry's current/voltage source and measurement solution, built using Jishili's third-generation source measurement unit (SMU) technology. The 2600B series products include single channel and dual channel models, integrating high-precision power supply, true current source, 6-and-a-half-digit digital multimeter (DMM), arbitrary waveform generator, pulse generator, and electronic load functions - all in a highly integrated instrument chassis. This is a functional solution that greatly improves testing efficiency in various applications, from desktop I/V characteristic analysis to highly automated production testing. For desktop applications, the 2600B series digital source table comes with built-in Java based testing software that supports plug and play I/V testing and can be run through any computer browser around the world. For automation system applications, the 2600B series digital source meter's Test Script Processor (TSP) can run the complete test program stored in the instrument, achieving ultra-high throughput. In larger multi-channel applications, Jishili's TSP Link technology works in conjunction with TSP to achieve highly efficient, SMU per pin parallel testing. Due to the fact that the 2600B series digital source meter source measurement unit (SMU) instruments have isolated channels that do not require a host, they can be easily reconfigured and redeployed according to the progress of testing application requirements.
The Sourcemeter SMU instruments for the 2601B, 2602B, and 2604B systems are 40W DC/200W pulse SMUs, supporting 10A pulses, 3A to 100fA, and 40V to 100nV DC. They combine the functions of precision power supply, actual current source, 6 1/2 digit digital multimeter, arbitrary waveform generator, pulse generator, and electronic load - all integrated into a tightly integrated instrument. 2601B is a single channel model, while 2602B and 2604B are dual channel models.
