Jiangyin VS-2 VS-2X Vibration Sensor with HY-3VL Vibration MeterCan be used to measure the vibration of bearing seats, casings, or structures. The vibration measured by this sensor is relative to the vibration in free space, and its output voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity. Therefore, it is also known as a velocity based vibration sensor, which can convert the velocity into displacement through integration. It is directly installed outside the machine, making it extremely convenient to use and maintain. Under certain special conditions, due to installation limitations and environmental factors, it is impossible to install eddy current sensors. For this type of machinery, if the vibration of the shaft can be mostly transmitted to the bearing seat, its vibration can be measured using a speed sensor installed on the bearing seat. However, for most sliding bearing machines, the shaft vibration is usually attenuated or distorted when transmitted to the bearing seat. Therefore, it is recommended to use eddy current sensors to directly measure the shaft vibration, which is more accurate and comprehensive. The Hall rotation direction sensor integrates two Hall devices internally, arranged at a certain angle, to sense two frequencies and amplitudes,The speed signals with the same polarity have different phase differences depending on the direction of rotation. The special circuit inside the sensor detects this phase difference and generates directional logic output.
