Main functions:

Monitoring and protection of bearing vibration in rotating machinery such as steam turbines, coal mills, fans, reducers, water pumps, centrifuges, balancing machines, and air compressors.

Function Description:

• The measured value and alarm set value can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube.

• When the alarm setting value is exceeded, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and at the same time, a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment. The alarm setting delay can be adjusted within the range of 1-60 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference..

• Equipped with a current output interface, it can be connected to devices such as computers, DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders.

• It has power up and power down detection functions, sensor disconnection detection functions, and cuts off alarm and shutdown output circuits, effectively suppressing instrument false alarms.

• The vibration intensity (vibration intensity) and vibration amplitude (vibration displacement) can be freely switched.
