1、 Function Description:

The 8500LD type bearing vibration monitor is suitable for monitoring and protecting the bearing vibration of rotating machinery such as steam turbines, coal mills, fans, reducers, water pumps, centrifuges, balancing machines, and air compressors.

The measured values and alarm set values of the 8500LD type bearing vibration monitor can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube.

When the 8500LD type bearing vibration monitoring instrument exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and at the same time, a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment. The alarm setting is adjusted with a delay range of 1-60 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.

The 8500LD dual channel vibration monitoring and protection device, the 8500LD type bearing vibration monitoring device, has power up and power down detection functions, sensor disconnection detection functions, and also cuts off alarm and shutdown output circuits to suppress instrument false alarms.

The vibration intensity (vibration intensity) and vibration amplitude (vibration displacement) can be freely switched.
