JM-B-3Z JM-B-7 vibration monitoring instrument with ZHJ-2 is mainly used for long-term monitoring of the vibration intensity of rotating machinery with a speed of 600-6000 revolutions per minute. It is matched with a magneto electric vibration speed sensor and can monitor the vertical and horizontal vibration of rotating machinery. 1.Introduction

JM-B-3Z JM-B-7 Dual Channel Vibration MonitorEquipped with ZHJ-2 magneto electric vibration velocity sensor, it can measure the amplitude and intensity of bearing vibration in various rotating machinery. Suitable for the system design and use of TSI rotating mechanical devices, it can be widely applied in industries such as power, machinery, chemical, metallurgy, etc. Provide multiple parameter measurements and early fault prediction for the safe operation of rotating machinery.


2.Main functions

2.1 It has high intelligence and all functions can be operated on a full panel.

2.2 Measurement values and alarm set values can be displayed separately on LED digital tubes

2.3 When the alarm set value is exceeded, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and at the same time, a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

2.4 It is equipped with a current output interface that can be connected to devices such as computers, DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders.

4.Operation instructions

JM-B-3Z vibration monitoring instrument can simultaneously monitor two vibration channels, I and II. The upper part is the I channel section, which is equipped with three digital displays, alarm I value indicator lights, and alarm II indicator lights; The lower half is the channel II section, which is equipped with three digital displays, alarm I value indicator lights, and alarm II indicator lights.

4.1 Indicator light description

4.1.1 Channel I "Alarm I" indicator light: When the measured value exceeds the alarm set I value, this light will turn on.

4.1.2 Channel I "Alarm II" indicator light: When the measured value exceeds the alarm set value II, this light will turn on.

4.1.3 Channel II "Alarm I" indicator light: When the measured value exceeds the alarm set I value, this light will turn on.

4.1.4 Channel II "Alarm II" indicator light: When the measured value exceeds the alarm set value II, this light will turn on.


5.Install

5.1 Installation of ZHJ-2 Magnetic Electric Speed Sensor

5.1.1 Installation position: Install horizontally or vertically on the measured vibration point, and fix the sensor with M10 screws.

5.1.2 Installation requirements: A lateral baffle must be installed to protect the sensor. If the installation location of the sensor is subject to high temperature steam erosion, protective barriers need to be installed. Generally, protective barriers are not required.


6.Precautions

6.1 When placing an order, please provide the direction of unit speed and vibration detection.

6.2 The signal input and output lines of the instrument should use two core twisted shielded cables, which should be correctly connected according to the wiring diagram or the shielding layer should be single ended grounded at the control room. Please carefully check and verify before connecting the power supply.

During production in our factory, the vibration full-scale value is calibrated at 200 μ m, with alarm I value set at 50 μ m and alarm II value set at 120 μ m; The full-scale intensity value is calibrated at 10mm/s, with alarm I set at 6.3mm/s and alarm II set at 7.1 mm/s. If there are special requirements, please specify them when placing an order.

6.4 If the capacity of the control circuit exceeds the capacity of the relay contacts, an intermediate relay should be installed.

6.5 The installation of the sensor is equipped with M10 fixing screws by our factory. The protective measures for sensor installation are provided by our factory with protective covers, and the rest can be handled by the user according to local conditions.
