The workflow of fully automatic oil separation and lifting integrated equipment usually follows a refined sequential process, which can be roughly divided into the following core steps:

Pre treatment and solid-liquid separation: Catering wastewater is first introduced into equipment through a water outlet, usually equipped with stainless steel grilles or automatic slag removal machines, to intercept and separate solid impurities larger than 3-5mm (such as vegetable leaves, rice grains, broken bones, etc.). These solid residues can be automatically discharged or collected into a basket/storage bucket to achieve a slag discharge.

Oil water separation: The wastewater after removing large particle impurities enters the oil-water separation zone. Based on the principle of gravity settling, and through the design of inclined plate settling and the use of aggregation elements and air flotation devices, the separation effect is enhanced to accelerate the accumulation of oil and fat. The separated oil floats on the surface of the water in the oil collection area.

Oil collection and heating: The accumulated oil is timed or automatically discharged into the oil collection tank based on the thickness of the oil layer through an automatic oil scraper or oil discharge valve. Equipment usually has built-in intelligent heating systems and mixing devices to maintain the liquid state of oil and grease in low-temperature environments (such as winter), prevent solidification, and ensure smooth oil discharge.

Deepening filtration (optional): The equipment will set up a deepening filtration zone, which filters and decomposes a small amount of water-soluble oils and suspended solids in the water through a biochemical filter element, etc., to improve the effluent quality.

Wastewater lifting and discharge: The separated clean water is located in the middle layer of the tank and flows into the collection tank or sewage lifting tank. When the water level reaches the set height, the built-in submersible pump will automatically start, lift the standard sewage (the head is usually adjustable from 10-30 meters), and pressurize and transport it to the municipal sewage pipe network. The control system ensures intelligent start stop of the water pump to prevent overflow or dry burning.

The entire process runs automatically under the intelligent control system, enabling remote, fault, and data management.

This device has a wide range of applications and is mainly suitable for:

Catering: This is the core application area, including the treatment of kitchen wastewater in restaurants, hotels, canteens, food courts, fast food restaurants, shopping mall catering areas, etc.

Commercial complex: Concentrated oily wastewater generated by shopping centers, supermarkets, catering areas, etc.

Food processing plants: During the food production process, a large amount of wastewater containing animal and vegetable oils is generated.

Other industrial fields, such as automobile repair shops (mineral oil), gas stations, and other places that generate oily wastewater.
