Mainly based on physical separation, key technologies include:

Gravity settling separation: The equipment section is equipped with a gravity settling zone. Due to the different densities of oil, water, and solid particles (ρ oil<ρ water<ρ solid), oils and fats with lower densities will accumulate on the surface of the water, while suspended solids with higher densities will settle at the bottom, achieving preliminary separation of oil, water, and slag.

Efficient inclined plate or air flotation separation: Many equipment will be equipped with inclined plates to increase the separation area, prolong the retention time of wastewater, and promote the aggregation and flotation of small oil droplets. The equipment will also use an air flotation device to generate microbubbles to adsorb emulsified oil droplets, causing them to quickly float up, thereby significantly improving the separation efficiency of emulsified oil.

Fine filtration (optional): To remove fine suspended solids and soluble oils in one step, some equipment may add filtering components such as polymer membranes or fiber filter media, with a separation degree of about 50 μ m.

Automatic oil collection and discharge: The separated floating oil will accumulate in the oil collection tank. The equipment will be equipped with an automatic oil scraper or oil discharge valve, which will automatically discharge the grease from the oil collection bucket when the oil level reaches the set height, avoiding grease clogging.

Intelligent emission enhancement: Separated sewage enters the catchment area. The built-in liquid level sensor in the box will monitor the water level in real time. When the water level reaches the starting value, the sewage lift pump (usually one in use and one backup) will automatically start, lift the standard sewage and discharge it into the municipal pipeline network.
