Operation Manual：

1. Connect the power and turn on the switch: The power switch is located at the bottom back of the instrument, with "_" indicating on and "o" indicating off.

2. Press the logo power button on the front of the device to turn on the digital screen.

3. Turn on the pad and connect the instrument to the corresponding WiFi (name: Autosepa-mjl-xx).

4. Open Quanhuan Technology Apps, and after the link is successfully displayed, welcome to the separation and purification stage.

1) Select the main interface (1. Separation and purification; 2. Instrument maintenance; 3. Historical records; 4. System settings)

According to the program prompt, enter the chromatography column number, select the dual channel detection band (200-800nm), determine the flow rate, and then touch the screen to select the separation elution gradient and separation time.

(If multiple chromatography columns are separated continuously, set the solvent and flow rate for cleaning the pipeline)

Precautions：

1. Suggested working environment temperature range: -10~50 ℃; And ensure that the equipment is at least 10cm away from other objects to ensure effective heat dissipation;

2. The equipment should be placed in a cool, ventilated, and dry place; Stay away from flammable and explosive materials, corrosive materials, dust, etc. It is strictly prohibited to use and store in unprotected acidic, alkaline, and highly corrosive environments;

If the device is not used for a long time, it should be turned on regularly to check its working condition to avoid circuit damage, usually once every two weeks;

4. Keep the device body clean and strictly prohibit water or other foreign objects from entering the device. Once the above problems occur, immediately shut down and report for repair. After confirming that all hidden dangers inside the instrument have been eliminated, it can be reused;

5. In case of emergency situations such as short circuit or smoke, immediately cut off the power and report for repair in a timely manner. During this period, it is strictly prohibited to turn on the power and start up the machine;

6. It is prohibited to connect non compliant power wires externally to avoid the risk of electric leakage and shock.

7. Non professionals are prohibited from disassembling and assembling to avoid damaging the circuit.
