Operation Manual：

1. Add the reaction solution to the outer kettle body and place a stirrer (or a stirring rod, with the inner glass kettle inserted from the top of the stirring rod).

2. According to the cooling/heating and ventilation/reflux requirements of the reaction, connect the inlet and outlet ports of the inner and outer double-layer glass with an adaptive silicone tube (ensuring bottom in and top out on the outer layer), and fix each interface with nylon zip ties for secondary fixation.

3. According to the reaction requirements, place a lamp post (with a gasket) in a specific frequency band, and fix the lamp post on the PTFE kettle cover with an adapter screw.

4. Connect the upper inlet/outlet port of the lamp post to an adaptive silicone tube, and introduce refrigerant to cool the lamp post.

5. Place it on a magnetic stirrer or turn on a mechanical stirrer to slowly stir the reaction and adjust the stirring position.

6. The red/black wire connecting the lamp post is compatible with the power supply crocodile clip (red connected to red, black connected to black).

7. Adjust the voltage/current of the power supply from low to high, gradually adjusting according to the reaction requirements.

8. The connection port of the ventilation part should slowly release the valve to avoid damaging the kettle body or carrying out the reaction solution.

Precautions：

1. Suggested working environment temperature range: -80~120 ℃; During transportation and storage, handle with care as glassware is fragile.

During the assembly process of the equipment, it is necessary to perform secondary fixation with nylon zip ties on each silicone hose joint to avoid unstable water pressure and detachment of the water pipe.

3. After adjusting the position of the mechanical/magnetic stirring from low speed, increase the speed again to avoid breaking the glass bottle body of the kettle.

4. If adjusting the current/voltage of the power from low to high, gradually adjust it according to the reaction requirements to avoid burning out the light bulb or other safety hazards.

5. After connecting the ventilation equipment, it is necessary to check whether there is a suitable air outlet before ventilation to avoid safety hazards caused by the closed state of the reaction.

6. During startup operation, the cooling medium of the lamp post must be connected to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and avoid safety hazards caused by overheating.

7. Keep the lamp post dry and strictly prohibit water or other foreign objects from entering the equipment. Once the above problems occur, immediately shut down and report for repair. After confirming that all hidden dangers inside the instrument have been eliminated, it can be reused;

8. In case of emergency situations such as short circuit or smoke, immediately cut off the power and report for repair in a timely manner. During this period, it is strictly prohibited to turn on the power and start up the machine;

9. It is prohibited to connect non compliant power wires externally to avoid the risk of electric leakage and shock.

10. Non professionals are prohibited from disassembling and assembling the lamp post to avoid damaging the circuit.
