Horizontal thermal shock test chamberIt is a high-precision testing equipment mainly used to simulate the environment where products or materials undergo rapid changes in high and low temperatures in a very short period of time, in order to evaluate the thermal stability and mechanical strength of substances or components in a rapidly changing temperature environment (alternating cold and hot). It can be widely used in research, development, inspection, production and other fields.

The cold and hot shock test chamber operates at low temperatures without frosting, ensuring long-term continuous operation. Reasonable design of the inner liner, easy diffusion of air circulation, fast recovery of test temperature to reach the point without overshoot. The impact conversion method is a two box moving/temperature storage type. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate and coated with epoxy resin; Inner liner made of 304 stainless steel plate. Refrigeration system with binary duplex compressor (air-cooled or water-cooled), imported compressor unit, and environmentally friendly refrigerant. Standard equipment includes observation windows, cable holes, lighting fixtures, and more.
