Horizontal thermal shock test chamberIt has a wide range of applications in material performance testing, electronic product reliability evaluation, and many other fields. Proper operation is the key to ensuring smooth testing and obtaining accurate data.
Preparation work should be done before use. Place the test chamber in a stable, well ventilated location away from interference factors such as heat sources and strong magnetic fields. Check whether the power connection is correct and stable, ensure that the power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements, and avoid damage to the equipment caused by unstable voltage. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the key components such as the refrigeration system, heating system, and circulating fan of the equipment are normal, and whether there are any abnormal situations such as looseness or leakage. In addition, it is necessary to confirm that the shelves, fixtures, and other accessories inside the box are complete and securely installed, in preparation for placing the test samples.
Sample placement process: Place the samples to be tested reasonably on the shelves inside the test chamber, paying attention to maintaining appropriate spacing between the samples to ensure sufficient circulation of cold and hot air flow, so that each sample can be uniformly subjected to temperature shock. If there are special requirements for using fixtures to fix the sample, it is necessary to ensure that the fixture is installed firmly and will not affect the performance of the sample, while not obstructing the airflow channel.
After placing the sample, turn on the device power and set the test parameters through the operation panel. This includes key parameters such as high temperature impact temperature, low temperature impact temperature, holding time, and number of cycles, which should be accurately set according to the test standards and sample characteristics. Careful verification is required when setting parameters to avoid invalid test results due to parameter errors.
After starting the experiment, closely monitor the operating status of the equipment. Observe the temperature changes displayed on the operation panel and whether there are any abnormal alarm messages from the equipment. If an alarm occurs, the test should be stopped immediately, the cause of the malfunction should be investigated according to the equipment manual, and timely handling should be carried out. During the entire experimental process, it is strictly prohibited to open the box door at will, in order to avoid affecting the temperature environment inside the test box and causing accidental injury to the operators.
After the experiment is completed, wait for the temperature inside the box to return to room temperature, turn off the equipment power, carefully remove the test sample, and clean and perform simple maintenance on the test box, such as wiping off moisture inside the box, checking component connections, etc., to prepare for the next experiment.
Horizontal thermal shock test chamberThe use and operation of the product need to strictly follow the process and pay attention to the details of each link, so as to enable it to play its due role in various experiments and help the smooth development of scientific research and production work.
