The Honeywell AWM5000 series micro bridge gas mass flow sensor adopts a Venturi tube type flow housing. Product Introduction
Coaxial flow measurement
The AWM5000 series micro bridge gas mass flow sensor adopts a Venturi tube type flow housing. This series can measure airflow with speeds up to 20 liters per minute (SLPM) and a maximum pressure drop of 2.25 'H2O. The microbridge chip is directly in contact with the airflow, greatly reducing errors caused by blockage of ventilation holes or bypasses.

Durable and versatile packaging
The sturdy plastic packaging is designed to withstand a common mode pressure of up to 50 psi, and the small sensing element can withstand an impact of 100 g without affecting performance. The accompanying "AMP" compatible connector provides ultra reliable connectivity, suitable for demanding applications.

Built in signal conditioning
Each AWM5000 sensor includes a circuit system that can perform amplification, linearization, temperature compensation, and gas calibration functions. Regardless of the flow range (5, 10, 15, or 20 SLPM) or calibration gas (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, or argon), all products may achieve a linear output of 1 to 5 Vdc. Active laser can perform all calibrations.

Attention: Product damage
The AWM series micro bridge gas mass flow sensor is not suitable for measuring liquid flow, as liquid passing through the sensor can damage the sensor.

Note: Within the given flow range of the calibration gas, all models can achieve linear output of 1-5 VDC through 10 VDC power supply.
1. Nitrogen calibration is the same as oxygen and atmospheric calibration.
2. Carbon dioxide calibration is the same as N2O calibration.
