Honeywell Zephyr ™ The HAF series sensors provide a digital interface for reading airflow data within the full-scale flow range and temperature compensation range. Insulated heaters and temperature sensing elements can help sensors respond quickly to air flow or other airflows.
Zephyr sensors are designed to measure the mass flow rate of air and other non corrosive gases.

The standard flow range is 10 SLPM, 15 SLPM, 20 SLPM, 50 SLPM, 100 SLPM, 200 SLPM, or 300 SLPM, and there are also customizable flow ranges for you to choose from. These sensors utilize dedicated integrated circuits (ASICs) on the circuit board for comprehensive calibration and temperature compensation.
The HAF series with a SLPM greater than 10 is compensated within the calibrated temperature range of 0 ° C to 50 ° C [32 ° F to 122 ° F]. ASIC based compensation can achieve digital (I2C) output and a response time of 1 ms.

HAF seriesIt can compensate for the temperature range of 0 ° C to 50 ° C [32 ° F to 122 ° F] and operate within the temperature range of -20 ° C to 70 ° C [-4 ° F to 158 ° F]. ASIC based compensation can achieve digital (I2C) output and a response time of 1 ms.
These sensors measure the mass flow rate of airflow based on the principle of heat transfer. They are composed of microelectromechanical sensing systems (MEMS) containing thermal resistance microbridges, with thin film platinum resistors deposited on silicon nitride thin films. The MEMS sensing chip is located within a precisely designed airflow channel, providing repeatable response to flow.
