HXQ-25-6 Six Station Automatic Hot Embedding MachineMax can embed 6 samples at once, improving sample preparation efficiency. When in use, set the parameters for hot inlay, and the hot inlay machine will automatically feed the inlay material and heat and pressure the sample. After the hot inlay material solidifies, the cooling system begins to cool the sample to the set temperature, and then the inlaid sample can be removed. And it can be used in conjunction with our company's fully automatic grinding and polishing system to achieve fully automated metallographic experiments, which is very suitable for batch and consistent experiments in metallographic laboratories.
