Testing principle of HRZ-BNN483 glass bottle internal pressure resistance tester

The pressure generated by the hydraulic pump driven by the servo motor in the testing machine is transmitted through the pipeline in an equivalent manner to the pressure sensor and the glass sample bottle being tested. The equipment controller collects pressure signals in real-time from the pressure sensor and controls the servo motor to drive the hydraulic pump based on the pressure signal value, so that the pressure change in the system increases linearly according to the requirements of national standards and ISO standards until it reaches the preset value. During the pressurization or holding process, if the tested sample bottle breaks, it is considered unqualified. If the system automatically releases pressure after the test is completed and the tested sample bottle is still intact, it is considered qualified.
