This device is easy to operate and has high work efficiency.

2、 Usage:

Firstly, check if the instrument water valve is closed and if the two external circulation interfaces are properly connected. Add water to the appropriate height, and then plug the power plug of the instrument into a grounded power supply with a capacity of not less than 3 kilowatts. This machine uses internal circulation.

1. Press the power switch to "ON", and the power indicator light will turn on to indicate that the internal power supply is connected. When the cooling indicator light is on, it indicates that the temperature in the sink is higher than the set temperature; When the heating indicator light is on, it indicates that the temperature in the sink is lower than the set temperature. Set the desired temperature, and the machine has entered operation. The displayed temperature is the actual temperature inside the sink, and the machine enters automatic temperature control mode.

2. Turn on the circulation pump switch to make the temperature of the tank more uniform. If fast cooling is required, the cooling medium should be ethanol or other non freezing liquid.

3、 Attention:

Heating work cannot be carried out before adding liquid to the sink to prevent damage to the heating tube.

The instrument cannot be tilted at 45 ℃ during transportation and cleaning. After significant movement, please let it stand for 24 hours before turning it on!!!!

Specific operation manual for installation instruments

Main function introduction:

1. The temperature is controlled by "fuzzy PID", which has the advantages of smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy compared to traditional PID control methods;

2. The controller assists in temperature control by detecting the ambient temperature, making operation more flexible and achieving higher temperature control accuracy.

3. The working mode of the compressor can be selected (intermittent, balanced, disconnected), and the compressor can be manually or automatically started and stopped during intermittent operation.

4. It is possible to choose whether there is a constant temperature timing function. If the constant temperature timing function is selected, the running time mode can be selected, and the timing unit can be selected as minutes or hours. After the timing is completed, a buzzer will sound to prompt.

5. High output power can be set to achieve better temperature control effect.

6. It has a temperature sensor error correction function, which corrects the temperature measurement more accurately through two-point curves;

7. There are temperature sensor open circuit and short circuit sound and light (buzzer) alarm prompts, and the controller automatically disconnects the heating output;

8. There is an over temperature alarm relay inside the instrument (which can prevent the thyristor from being broken down in case of breakdown).

CU50: Temperature setting range: 0-100.0 ℃; Temperature measurement range: -9.9-109.9 ℃

2. Basic error of temperature measurement value:<0.3%; Timing error:<1%;

3. Working environment: Power supply voltage: 220V ± 10%; Environmental temperature: 0-50 ℃; Relative humidity:<85% RH;

Special reminder:

1) To reduce interference with the instrument during wiring, please pay attention to separating strong electrical lines (such as power lines and load lines) from weak electrical lines (such as sensor signal lines).

2) Due to the presence of a temperature detection chip inside the instrument, in order to ensure more accurate detection of the ambient temperature, the instrument should be placed away from the heat or cold sources of the equipment itself, and kept as consistent as possible with the ambient temperature in which the equipment is located.

Maintenance and upkeep:

If the instrument is not used for a long time, the water in the sink should be drained, wiped clean, and placed in a dry and ventilated place.

Distilled water should be used for the experiment to avoid water contamination inside the box, which may affect the performance indicators of the instrument.

When the operating temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, please turn off the cooling switch to extend the service life of the compressor. Thank you for your cooperation.
