Product IntroductionThe fire-resistant busbar trunking consists of an outer shell coated with fire-resistant paint, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and brackets made of fire-resistant insulation materials. There are multiple grooves on the bracket, in which busbars are embedded and fixed. There is a bus duct connection box at one end of the bus duct, and a bus tap box inside the bus duct. Fire resistant busbar trunking has excellent insulation performance, which can be used continuously in normal environments or for more than one hour in fire environments. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.Fire resistant busbar trunking is suitable for transmission and distribution systems with rated voltage below 690V, rated working current of 250-5000A, and frequency of 50-60Hz. After years of testing and industrial operation, its electrical performance, fire resistance, and metal structure have all reached a certain level. When the busbar system is operated at rated current for a long time, its temperature rise shall not exceed: connection terminal: 60K, metal shell: 30K, insulation surface inside the slot: 40K.
How to use fire-resistant busbars and fire-resistant cables reasonably? As fire-resistant cables or fire-resistant busbars are not only used as emergency power lines in case of power grid or line problems, but also as transmission lines in case of fire or other disasters, fire-resistant busbars must be able to ensure normal power transmission at high temperatures. When the ambient temperature reaches 700 ℃ or above, they can also ensure power supply operation for more than 1.5 hours without causing internal insulation reduction and short circuit between lines due to the increase in ambient temperature. When the current transmission on the line is not very high and the space for laying cables is limited with many bends, using fire-resistant cables is more suitable. However, when the current transmission on the line is relatively high, multiple fire-resistant cables are required, which makes construction and future operation and maintenance inconvenient. When the capacity of the line transmission is large, fire-resistant busbars are generally used. Currently, the capacity of the line transmission is relatively large.

Attention should be paid to the welding of bus ducts

1. Copper bar welding. After welding the busbar, its current carrying capacity is much smaller compared to the original busbar with the same cross-section. Therefore, we need to weld the busbar with a 45 ° inclined surface, which can increase the welding surface and improve its current carrying capacity.
2. Welding of cover plate and side plate. Usually, the side panels are more cost-effective to weld on the outside, while the cover panels are welded on the inside. At the same time, after the cover and side panels are welded and formed, they need to be polished smooth.
3. Whether it's copper bars or shells. We need to use fixtures to fix the welded object during welding, so as to ensure the correctness of the welding angle.
