电化学连续流反应器Operation Manual

1. Connect the power and turn on the switch: The power switch is located at the bottom back of the instrument, with "one" indicating on and "O" indicating off.

2. Preparation before the experiment: Place the prepared flow reaction cell module (assembled in the order of stainless steel metal parts, fluorine rubber gasket, conductive copper parts, conductive graphite, electrode sheet, fluorine rubber gasket, PTFE parts, nitrile rubber ring) into the base, connect the module to the reagent bottle through soft and hard tubes and PEEK connectors, insert the anode and cathode connectors into the module, and start the instrument.

3. Click on the leftmost current display on the touch screen, and change the magnitude of the current through the knob on the right;

4. Set mixing rate: After selecting on the touch screen, adjust the mixing rate through the knob.

5. Flow rate calibration function: Touch the value under "Flow rate" on the display screen to enter the flow rate setting interface, and then click the "Calibration" button to enter the calibration interface. Click on the value under "Speed", and the value will start flashing. Rotate the knob clockwise (counterclockwise) to control the increase (decrease) of the peristaltic pump speed. After selecting the speed, click on the value under "Time" and turn the knob clockwise (counterclockwise) to set the calibration time. After selecting the calibration time, click the start button. The peristaltic pump will start running and automatically stop when the set time is reached. At this time, the value under the "volume" on the right side will start flashing. Record the volume of liquid flowing through the process and input it under the "Volume" label by rotating the knob. Click the "OK" button to complete the calibration and return to the previous interface.

6. Adjust the flow rate of the peristaltic pump: Touch the value under "flow rate" on the display screen, and the value will start flashing. Rotate the knob clockwise (counterclockwise) to control the flow rate to increase (decrease). Click on the arrow icon under "Direction" to switch the direction of the peristaltic pump (in the stopped state).

7. Choose reaction time: You can choose countdown or countdown: Click the timer button on the touch screen, click the start timer to start the countdown, and the reaction time needs to be manually stopped; And by clicking on the countdown on the touch screen, adjust the required reaction time * * h * * min (e.g. 2h30 min), set it up, and then click on the countdown to start, which will automatically stop the reaction.

8. Start the experiment: Click the play buttons under "Flow rate", "Current", and "Stirring" on the main interface, and the peristaltic pump and electrolysis will start working respectively. Start the experiment.

9. Click the pause button below the current to stop the reaction.

10. Click to stop the reaction: Turn off the power switch and cut off the power.

11. Increase/decrease reaction module: Place the external module directly into the base, plug and play.

12. Cleaning: Good solvents or acid-base solutions can be used to pump into the pipeline for cleaning. Please rinse with solvent before the experiment.

1. Suggested working environment temperature range: 5-40 ℃; And ensure that the equipment is at least 10cm away from other objects to ensure safe operation of the circuit. 2. This device should be placed in a cool, ventilated, and dry place; Stay away from flammable and explosive materials, corrosive materials, dust, etc. It is strictly prohibited to use and store in unprotected acidic or alkaline environments.

If the device is not used for a long time, it should be turned on regularly to check its working condition to avoid circuit damage, usually once a week

4. The equipment body should be kept clean, and water or other foreign objects are strictly prohibited inside the equipment. Once the above problems occur, immediately shut down and report for repair. After confirming that all hidden dangers inside the instrument have been eliminated, it can be reused.

5. If any abnormalities such as short circuit or smoking are found, immediately shut down and report for repair. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the device during the waiting period.

6. Non professionals are prohibited from disassembling and assembling to avoid damaging the circuit.

When moving and placing the host, do not touch the peristaltic pump head to prevent damage to the instrument.

8. When assembling the module, a fluorine rubber gasket must be placed between the stainless steel metal parts and the conductive module to avoid electrical leakage

9. When assembling the module, use a straight nut.
