Electric stainless steel globe valveDuring installation, the medium can enter from below or above the valve core in two ways. The advantage of the medium entering from below the valve core is that when the valve is closed, the packing is not under pressure, which can extend the service life of the packing and allow for replacement of the packing when the pipeline in front of the valve is under pressure. The disadvantage of medium entering from below the valve core is that the driving torque of the valve is relatively large, about 1.05-1.08 times that of entering from above, and the axial force on the valve stem is large, making the valve stem prone to bending. For this reason, the method of medium entering from below is generally only suitable for small caliber manual shut-off valves, with a limit of no more than 350kg of force exerted by the medium on the valve core when the valve is closed. Electric globe valves generally use the method of medium entering from above. The disadvantage of entering the medium from above is exactly the opposite of entering from below.
The sealing surface of a globe valve must be forcibly closed to achieve sealing. Under the same diameter, working pressure, and driving device, the driving torque of a globe valve is 2.5 to 3.5 times that of a gate valve. This should be taken into account when adjusting the torque control mechanism of electric valves.

Electric stainless steel globe valveThe sealing surface of the valve is only in contact with each other when it is closed, and the relative slip between the forcibly closed valve core and the sealing surface is very small, so the wear of the sealing surface is also very small. The wear of the sealing surface of the globe valve is mostly caused by impurities in front of the valve core and sealing surface, or by the lack of tightness in the closed state, resulting in high-speed flushing of the medium.
Compared with gate valves, globe valves have the advantages of simple structure, good sealing performance, and easy manufacturing and maintenance; The disadvantage is that the liquid resistance is high, and the opening and closing force is large. The opening and closing component is a plug shaped valve disc with a flat or conical sealing surface, and the valve disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the fluid. The movement form of the valve stem includes a lifting rod type (the valve stem is lifted and lowered without the handwheel lifting), as well as a lifting rotating rod type (the handwheel rotates and lifts together with the valve stem, and the nut is set on the valve body). Globe valves are only suitable for fully open and fully closed, and are not allowed to be adjusted or throttled.
The opening and closing component is a plug shaped valve disc, with a flat or conical surface on the sealing surface. The valve disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the valve seat. The movement form of valve stem, commonly known as concealed stem, can also be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal, and radioactive media through lifting and rotating stem. Therefore, this type of shut-off valve is very suitable for use as a cut-off, regulating, and throttling valve. Due to the relatively short opening or closing stroke of the valve stem and its highly reliable shut-off function, as well as the proportional relationship between the change in the valve seat opening and the stroke of the valve disc, this type of valve is very suitable for regulating flow.

A globe valve refers to a valve in which the closing element (valve disc) moves along the centerline of the valve seat. According to the movement of the valve disc, the change in the valve seat opening is directly proportional to the stroke of the valve disc. Due to the relatively short opening or closing stroke of the valve stem and its highly reliable shut-off function, as well as the proportional relationship between the change in the valve seat opening and the stroke of the valve disc, this type of valve is very suitable for regulating flow. Therefore, this type of valve is very suitable for use as a cut-off, regulating, and throttling device. Its derivative products can include large-diameter ball valves, gate valves, and air dampers. All adopt the standard "95" design of the Ministry of Electric Power, with 2 pairs of passive dry contacts to meet more needs. The protection level is IP65 (up to 67), and the torque range is 50-10000N * M. The device is fully functional, reliable in performance, has a control system, and is easy to use and maintain. Widely used in power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, papermaking, coal, water supply and drainage, etc.
2、 Connection steps between electric actuator and valve:

3、 Safety inspection of electric actuator:
1. Before connecting the power supply to the electric actuator, please confirm that the power supply voltage is consistent with the power supply voltage indicated on the nameplate of the electric actuator.
2. The pipeline of the electric actuator must be cleaned and blown clean. If there are impurities in the medium, a filter valve should be installed on the pipeline in front of the valve:

7. When the electric actuator is not frequently used, it should be regularly inspected, maintained, and operated.

Gate valves and stainless steel globe valves are fully open and fully closed valves, used for cutting off or connecting media, and should not be used as regulating valves. In smaller channels, when good shut-off sealing is required, globe valves are often used; In steam pipelines and large-diameter water supply pipelines, gate valves are generally used due to the requirement of low fluid resistance.

Installation guide for globe valve:

(1) Compare the rated parameters required by the equipment with the rated parameters indicated on the product to ensure that the product meets the usage requirements;
(2) The installation personnel must be trained and experienced to ensure the smooth completion of the installation work;
(3) After installation, it is necessary to conduct a ground check to ensure that the installation is correct;
(4) To ensure that there are no accidents during installation, the pipeline system needs to be thoroughly cleaned (using chemical reagents if necessary) before product installation to ensure its cleanliness, absence of rust and dirt. Before flushing, all filtering devices need to be removed to ensure smooth pipeline flow;
(5) It is recommended to install temporary pipelines at the equipment installation pipeline during the initial cleaning of the system, and then install the equipment onto the pipeline after the flushing work is completed;
(6) Use standard threaded joints for connection;
(7) During installation, please note that the flow direction of the medium is "low in, high out";
