Product Features:

When using this instrument, first check if the accessories accompanying the machine are complete. Connect the bottom center position of the stainless steel pot of the stirrer (with a magnet holding the stirrer), then plug in the power plug of the instrument, and turn on the power switch. The indicator light will turn on, and the speed will gradually increase from low speed to high speed (the speed does not need to be too fast). It is not allowed to start directly at high speed to avoid the stirrer not synchronizing and causing jumping. When constant temperature is needed, connect the power, turn on the power switch, and according to your work needs, press the "SET" key or "∧", "∨" to enter the temperature setting state. The lower display shows "SP", and the upper display shows "temperature setting value". Then press the "∧" or "∨" keys to increase or decrease the temperature setting value to the set working temperature. After setting, press the "SET" button to acknowledge and exit the setting state.

Operate according to the user manual of the temperature controller. When not working, the power should be cut off to ensure safety, avoid damaging the components, and prevent severe vibration.

Instrument manual

1. PV display: Display the measured temperature or switch the set temperature, and display various prompts according to the controller status;

ALM (Alarm Output Indicator): It lights up when there is an alarm output;

OUT (heating indicator light) lights up when heated;

RUN/AT runtime constant, flashing during self-tuning

Function keys: used for calling out parameters and confirming parameter modifications;

Shift key: Move left and right to modify parameters;

Reduce key: used to adjust the size of the value or turn off heating;

Add key: used to adjust the size of numerical values or activate self-tuning;

4. The order of calling out each function

Temperature setting: Press the function key and use the increase, shift, or decrease keys to set the desired temperature value. Press the settings button again to return to standard mode.

If the temperature control fluctuation of the instrument is large, press and hold the increase button for 5 seconds in the heating state, the instrument will enter self-tuning, the RUN/AT light will flash, and after the tuning is completed, the instrument will obtain a new set of ideal PTD parameters, and the instrument will control according to the new parameters.

Press and hold the decrease button for 5 seconds, and the instrument panel will stop heating and display END. Press the button for another 5 seconds at the same time, and the instrument panel will start running again.

If it appears, it indicates that the sensor is open circuit. If it appears, it indicates that the sensor is short circuited or the temperature exceeds the measurement range.

Boiling point function: When selecting a water bath and setting the temperature to 99.9, heat the full output to make the water boil. When the set temperature is ≤ 99.8 degrees, it is PID control.

The GTCS-2020 speed controller adopts a high-speed microcomputer chip to sample and control the motor speed, with stable speed, intuitive and clear display, and the ability to set speed and time at any time through buttons. It also has data saving function. And it adopts dual digital display (upper row displays speed, lower row displays time), which is very intuitive and clear. The longest timer is 9999 minutes (166 hours and 39 minutes). Once the parameters are set, they can be saved for a long time. This controller can control our factory's brushed permanent magnet DC motor or brushless DC motor, suitable for speed control of oscillators, shakers, and mixers.

Below is an example to illustrate the usage of the controller

Example: Set the mixer to work 500 times per minute and stop working after 10 minutes.

1: Close the power switch, and the upper row will display the original speed value. (Last running speed)

The bottom row displays the original timing values.

2: Press the "" (speed) key to set the speed to 500.

3: Press ▲ (up key) to set the timer to 90.

4: Press the ▼ (down arrow) to adjust the timing downwards (setting 0 points indicates continuous operation with an indefinite opening)

Press the RUN button to start the machine slowly until it reaches 500 revolutions per minute, and start the timer (countdown) at the same time. After running steadily for 10 minutes, stop and display the END alarm for 10 seconds. Timed operation completed.

6: Speed and time adjustments can be made during both standby and timed operation.

7: Pressing the STOP button can stop the operation at any time (at which point the timer also ends).

8: The green light is the running light, and the red light is the stop light. The corresponding indicator light is on, indicating that the controller is in the corresponding state.

Fault Symptoms, Display, and Handling

1: During the operation of the machine, if E1 is displayed and an alarm is triggered to stop, it indicates circuit overload protection. The load condition and mechanical transmission part should be checked to see if there is any oil loss or jamming.

2: After starting, the machine can operate but the speed displays 0. After a few seconds, it displays E2 and alarms to stop, indicating that the speed measurement circuit is abnormal. The sensor circuit and magnetic steel position should be checked.

3: If the machine runs quickly without pressing the start button when the power is turned on, it indicates that the power amplifier board is damaged and should be replaced and repaired.

Precautions

When the stirring element jumps or does not stir during stirring, please cut off the power and check if the position is correct. At the same time, please check if the power supply voltage is between 220 ± 10V, otherwise the above situation will occur.

If leakage is found after long-term use, please check whether the heating tube is damaged, because the heating wire is a 220V AC voltage straight through, or check whether collision has caused the circuit and insulation tube to fall off. If you do not understand the electrical principle, please do not dismantle or repair, and notify our factory for repair.

Heating temperature is high, resulting in water evaporation. During use, a dedicated person should be present to supervise and prevent direct contact with the instrument casing to avoid burns.
