The 2kN and 5kN tensile testing modules are specially designed to allow real-time observation of high stress areas in the sample using SEM, optical microscope, AFM, or XRD systems. Windows 7.0/10 software sets drive parameters and displays stress/strain curves in real-time on the computer screen. The force sensors ranging from 150N to 5kN cover most applications, with displacement rates ranging from 0.005mm/min to 50mm/min. All tables have linear scales for measuring elongation and optical encoders for speed control. The options include 3-point and 4-point bending fixtures, fiber fixtures, and microscope mounting adapters. All modules are controlled by our micro testing and tensile testing software, and special versions can be customized according to customer requirements.
