Low temperature crucible sample melting muffle furnace (≤ 1200 ℃): When the actual operating temperature is between 1100 ℃ -1200 ℃ and the instantaneous working temperature is 1200 ℃, a 1200 ℃ low-temperature furnace can be selected, and high-temperature alloy resistance wire can be used as the heating element.
Medium temperature crucible melting sample muffle furnace (≤ 1400 ℃): When the actual operating temperature is between 1300 ℃ -1400 ℃ and the instantaneous working temperature is 1400 ℃, a 1400 ℃ medium temperature furnace can be selected, and SIC silicon carbon rods can be used as heating elements.
High temperature crucible sample melting muffle furnace (≤ 1700 ℃): When the actual operating temperature is between 1400 ℃ -1700 ℃ and the instantaneous working temperature is 1800 ℃, a 1800 ℃ high temperature furnace can be selected, and silicon molybdenum rods can be used as heating elements.
The continuous working temperature of the muffle furnace should be 100 ℃ lower than the rated design temperature. Proper use can effectively extend the service life of the box furnace.

1. Structure: The device adopts an intelligent PID temperature control instrument, with functions including over temperature alarm, automatic temperature rise, automatic insulation, automatic stop, and continuous temperature control.
2. Temperature control settings and programs: Temperature control can be programmed for 30 time periods, and an optional temperature controller with built-in RS485 digital communication port and USB adapter can be connected to a PC. It is used for remote control and monitoring of the box furnace APP, and can also save and export work data. During the working process, overheating will send an alarm signal and automatically complete the protection action. Electronic components have leakage protection function, which is safe and reliable.
3. The furnace is made of vacuum formed alumina ceramic fiber material, which does not shed powder at high temperatures, and the heating rate rises from room temperature to 1000 ℃, usually taking 15-30 minutes. The temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃, and it has temperature compensation and temperature correction functions.
