Countess ® The cell counting board is Countess ® Supporting products for automatic cell counter. Countess ® The counting board is a disposable product. Each counting board contains two cell counting pools. This package includes 10 boxes; Each box contains 50 counting plates and 20 x 1 mL tubes of pan blue (0.4%).
Easy to use
Each Countess ® The cell counting plate is individually packaged and pre sterilized for easy use. Countess ® The counting board is a disposable product made of plastic material. The position for cell counting is in the center of the counting pool. The total volume of cells counted is 0.4 µ L, equivalent to four 1-mm cells in a standard blood Q counter2Small squares. Each counting board contains two independent closed counting pools, which can count the same sample twice or count two different samples simultaneously.
Countess ® The use of an automatic cell counter involves three simple steps:
1. Mix 10 µ L of sample with 10 µ L of trypan blue and transfer to Countess ® Inside a counting pool of the counting board.
2. Insert the counting board into the instrument.
3. Press the 'Count Cells' button.
It can obtain total cell count, percentage of live cells, and average cell size within 30 seconds.
Countess ® The counting board can be disposed of as conventional hazardous biological waste. Unlike blood Q counters, in Countess ® The counting board does not need to be cleaned before and after use.
