4、 Installation:

Firstly, confirm that the instrument installation and wiring are correct, then connect the power supply. The power switch is located in the instrument drawer, pull out the drawer, turn on the power, and then close it. Under normal circumstances, the panel power indicator light is on, the number displays "0.00", and the ammeter indicates 4mA, indicating that the pointer is at 20%. At this point, the detection conditions are met:

Manual detection

Press the manual detection button to perform a detection: the process is as follows: the motor drives the heavy hammer to descend, and the number display gradually decreases from full range until the heavy hammer touches the material surface. The number no longer decreases, and at this point, the number is the height of the material surface in the silo. The heavy hammer automatically returns to the top of the warehouse. When the heavy hammer returns to the top of the warehouse. The current output value reflects the corresponding material level height.

There are many methods to prevent dust from entering the sensor at this material level, and different installation structures are adopted according to different application scenarios. If there are special requirements for ordering, they should be specified, such as material type, whether there is pressure, whether there is water vapor, etc. When applied to dusty environments, regular cleaning should be carried out according to the situation. On the side above the sensor flange, there is a small door tightened with screws, and tools such as brushes can be used to sweep out the dust inside. After a period of time, the interior of the machine should also be cleaned.

5、 Fault alarm description

Alarm 1: Heavy hammer not reaching the top

Generally, if there are iron beams, iron pipes or other conduit objects below the measuring port that hang or clamp the hammer, it should be inspected and processed. Or there may have been incidents where the hammer was buried due to excessive feeding, and detection was carried out after burial, causing the steel wire rope to deviate from its original position. At this point, the power should be turned off and not measurable! Wait until the fault is confirmed to be resolved before powering on, and the top switch will automatically connect to restore normal operation.

Alarm 2: Rise without pulse

Firstly, check if the reed switch is damaged or in the wrong position, if there are any broken or poorly connected wires between the primary and secondary meters, and if the top switch is in the wrong or damaged position. The heavy hammer is buried in the material and cannot be lifted. Is the motor damaged.

● Alarm 3: No pulse when lowering

Firstly, check if the reed switch is damaged or in the wrong position, and if there are any broken wires or poor contacts between the primary and secondary meters, or if the motor cannot rotate. Should go to the top of the warehouse for inspection and take corresponding measures.

● Alarm 4: The rise is not in place

First, check if the upper limit switch is functioning properly. The upper limit switch and the upper limit power-off switch should be connected first. The upper limit switch should be the first to be contacted. Only when the limit switch is damaged, will the power-off switch take effect. Adjust the limit switch to take effect first.
