It has been tested for 13 consecutive subsonic flame tests and can block fire every time. Easy to maintain and install. The fire resistance performance is qualified, and there is no tempering phenomenon after 1 hour of fire resistance test. The flame arrester core is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. There is no leakage in the 2.4MPa hydrostatic test. This flame arrester is suitable for pipelines, Class A with a flash point below 28 ℃, oil products, hydrogen oxygen liquefaction products, and kerosene, diesel, methyl benzene crude oil with a flash point below 60 ℃, pipelines transporting flammable gases, torch series, oil and gas recovery systems, heating furnace fuel gas pipeline networks, gas purification and purification systems, gas analysis systems, and coal mine gas emission systems. Valve lining materials include synthetic rubber (-10-120 ℃), polytetrafluoroethylene PTEF (-200-180 ℃), soluble polytetrafluoroethylene PFA (-196-260 ℃), and polytetrafluoroethylene F46 (-85-150 ℃). The above are the maximum tolerance temperatures of various materials that are publicly available. The actual temperature of the medium used varies depending on the material and pressure. The long-term use temperature should usually be lower than the upper limit by about 30%. For media with hard particles, crystals, and impurities, corrosion-resistant precious metal materials such as Hastelloy, nickel based alloys, alloy steel, and other hard sealed valves can be selected based on the characteristics of the process medium. Steel polytetrafluoroethylene composite pipes can resist corrosion from almost all chemical media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia, except for molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, oxygen trifluoride at high temperatures, and high flow rate liquid fluorine. They can work at temperatures of 230 ℃ -250 ℃ for a long time. Steel polyvinylidene fluoride or other polyvinylidene fluoride composite pipes have good corrosion resistance to halogens, halogenated hydrocarbons, strong oxidants, boiling acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents, but are not resistant to corrosion by fuming sulfuric acid, concentrated hot sulfuric acid and nitric acid, ketones, esters, amines above 90 ℃, and high-temperature sulfonating agents.

Heat transfer effect
One of the conditions required for combustion is to reach a certain temperature, which is the ignition point. Below the ignition point, the combustion will stop. According to this principle, as long as the temperature of the burning substance is lowered below its ignition point, the spread of flames can be prevented. When the flame passes through many small channels of the flame retardant element, it will turn into several small flames. When designing the flame retardant components inside the flame arrester, try to expand the contact area between the small flame and the channel wall as much as possible, enhance heat transfer, and lower the flame temperature below the ignition point, thereby preventing flame spread.
Wall effect
Combustion and explosion are not direct reactions between molecules, but are stimulated by external energy, which breaks the molecular bonds and produces activated molecules. The free radicals of activated molecules collide with other molecules to produce new products, while also generating new free radicals that continue to react with other molecules. When the combustible gas passes through the narrow channel of the flame retardant element, the collision probability between free radicals and the channel wall increases, and the number of free radicals participating in the reaction decreases. When the channel of the flame arrester becomes narrow to a certain extent, the collision between free radicals and the channel wall dominates. Due to the sharp decrease in the number of free radicals, the reaction cannot continue, that is, the combustion reaction cannot continue to propagate through the flame arrester.
As the size of the flame arrester channel decreases, the collision probability between free radicals and reaction molecules decreases, while the collision probability between free radicals and channel walls increases, which promotes a decrease in free radical reactions. When the channel size decreases to a certain value, this wall effect creates a condition where the flame cannot continue to propagate, and the flame is stopped. Therefore, the wall effect is the mechanism for preventing flames.

Maintenance and repair of drawer type flame arresters:
In order to ensure the safe use of flame arresters, they should be regularly inspected and maintained.
1. The flame arrester should be inspected every six months to check whether the flame arrester core is blocked, deformed, corroded, etc.
2. The blocked fire-resistant layer core should be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that each hole on the core is unobstructed, and any deformed or corroded fire-resistant layer should be replaced.
3. When reinstalling the fire-resistant layer core, it should be ensured that the joint surface is tight and there is no air leakage.

1. Remove all protective covers from flanges and discard all packaging materials.
2. Check the valve seat and the matching flange gasket on the valve seat surface. It must be clean, flat, scratch free, corrosion-resistant, and have tool marks.
3. Check the gasket to ensure that the material is suitable for the application.
4. Lubricate all bolts and nuts with appropriate thread lubricant. If the fastener is made of high temperature or stainless steel material, use anti seize compounds such as molybdenum disulfide.
5. Internal gasket of bolt ring.
6. When setting up the flame arrester shell flange to connect with the pipeline flange, attention should be paid to the lifting handle and top nut position of the flame arrester element to facilitate the removal of flame arrester components in the future.
