Product UsageUsed for identifying the test of wax spore bacteria decomposing casein. （GB/T4789.14）
Principle of verification:Some bacteria produce caseinase, which can break down casein and form transparent circles around the culture medium of the colony; Beef paste powder provides nitrogen sources, vitamins, and growth factors; Phosphate hydrogen disodium as a buffering agent; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Agar is a coagulant for culture media; Bromine musk vanilla phenol blue is an indicator dye.
