1System composition

The computer-controlled torque rheometer consists of a mixing torque rheometer, an extrusion capillary rheometer, a capillary testing die, a data acquisition and measurement system, an electronic computer, and operating software.
Internal torque rheometer:
The internal torque rheometer is mainly composed of imported servo motors, high-precision dynamic torque sensors, gearboxes, internal mixing chambers, temperature modules, measurement modules, computers, measurement and control software, etc. Its principle is shown in the figure2As shown:

A closed mixer is equivalent to a small internal mixer, consisting of a The detachable mixing chamber in the shape of an "∞" and a pair of rotors rotating in opposite directions at different speeds. In the mixing chamber, the rotors rotate in opposite directions, applying shear to the materials and forcing them to mix in the mixing chamber; The two rotors have different speeds, resulting in dispersed mixing in their gaps.
