【 Usage 】

1. Flat plate coating method:

(1) Before use, balance the unopened penicillin bottle to room temperature.

(2) Aseptic operation: Open the quantitative strain bottle stopper, use a pipette to aspirate 1.1mL of the complex solution into the penicillin bottle, cover the bottle stopper, vortex and shake for 5-10 seconds to completely dissolve the small balls.

(3) Use a pipette to transfer 100 μ L of bacterial solution to the test medium and control medium, and evenly spread it with a coating rod.

(4) Invert the plate and cultivate it under suitable conditions.

2. Liquid inoculation or pouring dish method:

(1) Before use, balance the unopened penicillin bottle to room temperature.

(2) Aseptic operation: Open the quantitative strain bottle stopper, use a pipette to aspirate 1.1mL of the complex solution into the penicillin bottle, cover the bottle stopper, vortex and shake for 5-10 seconds to completely dissolve the small balls.

(3) Use a pipette to aspirate 1mL of bacterial solution, add it to 9mL of sterile physiological saline, and mix well.

(4) Suck the above bacterial solution, add it to the test liquid culture medium and counting or reference culture medium, and incubate under suitable conditions. Or add it to a sterile empty petri dish, inject 15mL to 20mL of melted test medium with a temperature not exceeding 46 ℃, mix well, wait for the medium to solidify, cover with 5mL of medium, and invert for cultivation after solidification.
