1 Overview

ARD2 seriesAnkrui Distribution Room Drawer Cabinet Intelligent Motor ProtectorThe protector (hereinafter referred to as the protector) can protect against various situations such as starting timeout, overload, phase failure, imbalance, underload, grounding/leakage, blockage, short circuit, external faults, etc. that occur during the operation of the motor. It is also equipped with SOE fault event recording function, which facilitates on-site maintenance personnel to find the cause of the fault. Suitable for fields such as coal mining, petrochemicals, smelting, electricity, ships, and civil construction. This protector has an RS485 remote communication interface and DC4-20mA analog output, making it convenient to form a network system with PLC, PC and other control machines. 2 Product Models

Note: When the current specifications of the protector are 1 and 5, it receives 1A and 5A signals from the secondary side of the main circuit transformer. The main circuit transformer should be provided by the customer. When the current specifications of the protector are 1.6, 6.3, 25, 100, 250, and 800, the protector is equipped with its own transformer to measure the motor circuit current.

Note: 1. ARD2/ARD2L comes standard with current measurement function and two relay outputs DO1 (95, 96) and DO2 (97, 98)

2. Optional K function with 2-channel switch input 15, 16 and 1-channel relay output DO4 (11, 12); Optional J function with 1 programmable relay output DO3 (9, 10).
