1.1 Product Overview

　　The Ankerui ARD2M compressor is equipped with a motor protector suitable for low-voltage motor circuits with rated voltage up to 380V, integrating protection, measurement, control, communication, and operation and maintenance. Its * protection function ensures the safe operation of the motor, with programmable logic function that can meet multiple control modes. This product has two structural options: integrated and split, consisting of a main body and a transformer, which can adapt to the installation of various cabinets

1.3 Product Features

Supports measurement of fundamental and full wave power parameters (U, I, P, Q, S, PF, F, EP, EQ), current and current imbalance, current positive sequence, negative sequence, zero sequence components, voltage, three-phase voltage phase angle, and residual current.

The protection functions include overload inverse time limit, overload definite time limit, grounding, starting timeout, leakage, underload, phase failure, locked rotor, blocking, short circuit, overflow, imbalance (current, voltage), overpower, underpower, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence, temperature, tE time, external faults, starting frequency limit, operating time, and fault frequency.

8-channel programmable DI input, default to built-in DC24V power supply, can also choose external active wet contacts.

5 programmable DO outputs, suitable for direct starting, star delta starting, autotransformer starting, and other starting methods. The main station can remotely control the start/stop of the motor through the communication bus.

■ Optional anti shaking function: supports immediate restart after shaking and restart after voltage loss.

■ Standard MODBUS-RTU communication, optional PROFIBUS DP communication, supports multiple 2-channel communication interfaces.

Optional configuration of 1 4-20mA analog output interface, connected to DCS system, can achieve on-site equipment control.

■ It has various event records such as fault records, start records, stop records, DI displacement records, and restart records.

Display interface LCD display, supporting switching between Chinese/English.
