1.1 Product Performance



1.2 Product Features
(1) Equipped with constant current and constant voltage charging function: suitable for charging high-voltage lithium battery systems in vehicles.
(2) The integrated charger has a CAN bus interface for communication with the battery management system. When set to BMS charging mode, the charging station adjusts the charging voltage and current in real time according to the control commands of the battery management system, and can automatically stop charging when the battery management system sends a stop or abnormal message.
(3) Supports two charging methods: BMS charging method and manual charging method. The BMS charging method supports the "Communication Protocol between Off Board Conductive Chargers and Battery Management Systems for Electric Vehicles" (GB/T 27930-2015) or user-defined protocols. The manual charging method can set the output voltage and current through the touch screen, which is suitable for situations without CAN communication.
(4) The device has protection functions such as input undervoltage, input overvoltage, output short circuit, output overvoltage, output overcurrent, battery reverse connection, insulation detection, and communication failure. Externally equipped with operation indicator lights, it can display the status of the charging station in real time.
(5) The dual Qiang charging station is equipped with two high-voltage DC national standard charging Qiang, supporting dual Qiang equal charging and effectively ensuring charging safety.
(6) Configure a true color touch screen as the human-machine interface, and use a charging mobile app to scan the QR code for charging.

2.3 Technical Features
(1) Scan the QR code using the charging mobile app to charge. Changed the traditional IC card charging method, making it easier to operate.
(2) Having support for docking with the charging station network operation platform "Charging", it is possible to quickly navigate and find the intelligent charging station through the website, mobile client, intelligent remote call, WeChat and other methods under the network platform, and understand the usage of the charging station through the above methods to achieve charging. After charging is completed, users do not need to swipe their cards and can make payments through WeChat, UnionPay cards, and other methods.
(3) The input power supply is three-phase five wire AC380V, and the charger integrates power factor correction internally to reduce harmonic pollution to the power grid.
(4) Using high-frequency zero voltage soft switching technology, the reliability and efficiency of the operation are much higher than those of hard switching circuits, with an efficiency of over 94%. The efficiency of charging cabinets using hard switching technology is 89%~90%. Taking a 100KW charging all-in-one machine as an example, it is equivalent to saving 3-4 kWh of electricity per hour. However, traditional charging cabinets can only reach around 80% to 85%.
(5) Adopting modular design, multiple modules work in parallel, with * fault tolerance. When a module fails, it does not affect the overall use of the machine. It is convenient to repair and replace individual modules.
(6) The operation interface uses a graphical touch screen, which can display the working status of each module and the status of the battery in detail. Real time communication between CAN bus and battery management system BMS is used to optimize and reliably protect the fast charging of power lithium batteries. Manual working mode can also be used to set manual control voltage, current, and charging time, suitable for applications without CAN communication.
(7) Using CAN bus to achieve real-time data exchange with vehicles, achieving the goal of intelligent charging.
