1 Overview
Ankerui ABAT100 Data Center Battery Online Monitoring SystemIt can provide battery operation information such as voltage, internal resistance, and internal temperature, including SOC and SOH, and can provide early warning and battery balancing for failed batteries, ensuring battery backup time and extending battery life. The system has monitoring functions and is very easy to install, maintain, and connect. The system mainly consists of ABAT100-S single battery monitoring module, ABAT100-C group battery monitoring module, ABAT100-HS collector module, and touch screen. It can query alarms and real-time data, set parameters, etc. through the touch screen, and can be optionally equipped with a monitoring platform to achieve networked centralized management.

3 Product Description
3.1 ABAT100-HS Collector Module
Introduction
The ABAT100-HS collector module serves as a management module for a battery pack, used to read battery monitoring data from the front-end single battery monitoring submodule, analyze and process the data, and estimate the remaining capacity of each battery cell and the entire battery pack. The operating parameters can be directly set by pairing with the touch screen, and the collected data can be viewed directly. The collector module will automatically save key battery data on a regular basis and can provide it to third-party monitoring systems through the RS485 port, supporting the MODBUS protocol. One collector module manages one set of batteries, with a maximum of 120 modules that can be managed.

3.2 ABAT100-S Single Battery Monitoring Module
Introduction
The ABAT100-S single battery monitoring module (referred to as S module) can be embedded into existing monitoring systems to achieve online monitoring of the voltage, internal resistance, and negative electrode temperature of each backup battery, in compliance with the requirements of ANSI/TIA-942 standard. The monitoring system controls and reads data by sending MODBUS commands to the S module, and performs internal resistance testing. Each S module has a configurable address. The installation and wiring of the S module are extremely simple and convenient. It can be directly attached to the battery and uses detachable connecting wires, which does not affect the operation of the battery during construction.


3.3 ABAT100-C module
Introduction
The ABAT100-C battery monitoring module (referred to as the C module) can be embedded into existing monitoring systems to achieve online monitoring of battery pack charging and discharging current and environmental temperature. The monitoring system controls and reads data by sending MODBUS commands to the C module, and each C module has a configurable address. The installation and wiring of the C module are extremely simple and convenient. It can be directly attached to the battery and uses detachable connecting wires, which does not affect the operation of the battery during construction.
