Agilent 1260 Infinity III High Capacity Column Temperature ChamberMCT is a constant temperature HPLC column incubator that provides precise temperature control for up to four chromatography columns over a wide temperature range. It can be cooled to 10 ° C below ambient temperature and heated up to 85 ° C.
The high-pressure valve with a rated pressure of 800 bar is suitable for various applications, such as automated selection of up to four chromatography columns, sample pretreatment for analyte enrichment or matrix removal, or alternating column regeneration. The 1260 Infinity III MCT is compatible with any InfinityLab liquid chromatography series system and can also be used in conjunction with early 1260 and 1290 Infinity series modules.
Agilent 1260 Infinity III High Capacity Column Temperature Chamberfeature
Peltier cooling/heating has two independent temperature zones, ranging from 10 ° C to 85 ° C below ambient temperature, providing the highest application flexibility
Up to four 30 cm chromatography columns equipped with InfinityLab Quick Connect quick connect adapters or pre columns for high column capacity
The bio inert options of heat exchangers and InfinityLab Quick Change quick change valve heads can be used for analyzing biomolecules
A 90 ° or 180 ° door position can achieve excellent practicality, or the door can be removed to provide maximum operability
InfinityLab Quick Connect enables reproducible pre column solvent heating with quick connect heat exchangers
InfinityLab Quick Connect quick connect connector facilitates efficient, fast, and convenient column replacement
Optional valve drive, used to activate the user replaceable InfinityLab Quick Change quick change valve head, rated pressure up to 800 bar
Up to four chromatographic columns can be identified, and the type, main parameters, and injection times can be recorded to obtain traceable chromatographic column usage history
