Product Usage

This CRM, AOCS 0306-A3, is intended to be used as a quality control material or calibrator in biotechnology derived event detection, identification, and/or quantification methods.

AOCS 0306-A3 is prepared from genomic cotton DNA extracted from clean leaves by AOCS. AOCS 0306-A3 can be used in sterile, 0.5 mL self sealing tubes with kick screw caps, containing approximately 10 ug of DNA. Each sample contains approximately 129 uL at a concentration of 92.2 ng/u. The user was informed that the reference material was made from genomic DNA extracted from clean leaves of unmodified cotton by BASF Agricultural Solutions Seed USA LLC.

Instructions for Use:

The product may be redistributed during transportation, so please centrifuge the small bottle before use to allow the sample to gather at the bottom of the bottle.
