Overview

The 700A fire-resistant bus duct is available in two types: three-phase four wire or three-phase five wire. It has the characteristics of quick installation, easy use, safety and reliability, and is suitable for power supply in places such as automobile manufacturing rooms, large shopping malls, exhibition halls, sports halls, airports, and high-rise buildings. It has excellent insulation performance and can be used continuously in normal environments or for more than one hour in fire environments. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.

Product Details

700A fire-resistant bus duct

Technical Features

1. It can heat the air to a very high temperature, up to 850 ℃, while the shell temperature is only around 50 ℃.

2. High efficiency: up to 0.9 or above.

3. Air type busbar trunking has clean air and small volume.

4. Multiple types of air electric heaters can be designed according to user needs.

5. Air type bus ducts are durable and have a service life of several decades, provided that they do not violate usage regulations.

6. The heating and cooling rate block can reach 10 ℃/S, with fast and stable adjustment. It will not cause temperature control drift due to the phenomenon of controlled air temperature leading or lagging, making it very suitable for automatic control.

The busbar trunking uses conductive and insulating materials, and the busbar trunking system uses tin plated or silver plated copper bars and aluminum bars as conductive materials. The outer surface of the conductive bars has good anti-corrosion protection. The conductive busbar is wrapped with B-grade (130 ℃) thermoformed polyester film insulation material, which greatly improves the insulation strength and impact resistance of the busbar. The busbar adopts environmentally friendly insulation materials and has passed the SGS six item physical property testing and UL certification required by the European Union. Mainly used in modern workshops, automobile manufacturing plants, industrial electric furnaces in the motor manufacturing industry, factories, and high-rise buildings, etc.

The starting busbar trunking provides direct connections to low-voltage distribution cabinets, transformer low-voltage sides, starting inlet boxes, and other distribution equipment. The fire-resistant busbar trunking is equipped with a set of joint components for each elbow. The basement fire-resistant busbar trunking is made of copper aluminum composite conductors. The busbar trunking is installed vertically to ensure full safety and concealment. When the vertical installation height of each floor of high-rise buildings is greater than 4m, spring brackets must be added to support the load of the busbar trunking itself on each floor

After the installation of the site, all wet operations such as civil plastering and spraying have been completed, and the interior decoration works such as suspended ceilings, doors and windows, painting, heating, sanitation, ventilation, etc. have been basically completed, it is confirmed that the finishing construction will not affect the installed busbars before installing the busbars. There is no hazardous medium in the installation site, and there is no gas or dust (including conductive dust) in the medium that can corrode metals and damage insulation. No items are allowed to be stacked near it, and doors and windows are complete. The bus duct is sealed and waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-theft and other technical measures are taken. The size and strength of the reserved holes and embedded parts meet the design requirements. The electrical equipment (transformers, switchgear, etc.) has been installed and inspected as qualified. Construction process flow line measurement → Equipment point inspection → Support fabrication and installation → Installation of enclosed plug-in busbar → Grounding inspection, insulation test, voltage withstand test → Trial operation acceptance line measurement

The fire-resistant bus duct consists of an outer shell coated with fire-resistant paint, a bus wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and a bracket made of fire-resistant insulation material. There are multiple grooves on the bracket, in which busbars are embedded and fixed. There is a bus duct connection box at one end of the bus duct, and a bus tap box inside the bus duct. Fire resistant busbar trunking has excellent insulation performance, which can be used continuously in normal environments or for more than one hour in fire environments. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.

(1) The mica tape wrapped around the copper busbar of the bus duct conductor complies with the standards of JB/T5019~20-85 "Mica Products for Electrical Insulation" and JB/T6488-1~3-92 "Mica Tape". The mica tape has good flexibility, high heat resistance, good dielectric and mechanical properties under normal conditions: bending strength ≥ 180MPa, dielectric strength ≥ 35kV/mm. When the temperature reaches 600 ℃, the mica tape still has high insulation performance

(2) According to the different fire resistance limits of the fire-resistant busbar, the measures taken for its insulation layer are also different. If the busbar needs to be operated for a long time with electricity, its insulation layer is generally directly insulated with air to avoid affecting the heat dissipation during the operation of the busbar. When the busbar duct is not normally powered and is only used as an emergency power supply, its heat resistance limit requirement is high, and the insulation layer needs to be filled with silicon wool
