SKJ-BG1650 1650 ℃ Bridgman single crystal growth furnace is a high-quality Bridgman single crystal growth furnace with a maximum temperature of 1650 ℃. This equipment can grow various metal single crystals. Currently, our company has grown single crystals such as Cu, Ag, Au, and Mg using this equipment, with a diameter of up to 37mm. The electric crucible placement system is convenient for layout and sampling. This device is suitable for growing various metals, oxides, and other crystals, as well as for directional solidification of polycrystalline rods.

Main Features

·Three stacked heating modules with independent temperature measurement and control functions can flexibly create different temperature gradients along the length of the heating area.

·A thermocouple is placed at the bottom of the alumina sample stage with a diameter of 42 to measure the temperature at the bottom of the crucible. A thermocouple is inserted into the crucible from above to monitor the sample temperature in real time, and the temperature distribution inside the entire furnace can also be measured

One thermocouple is inserted into the crucible from above to monitor the temperature of the sample in real time, and can also measure the temperature distribution inside the entire furnace)

·Control interface: Set and detect various parameters on a touch screen, such as heating temperature, heating rate, movement speed, and movement displacement

Crucible loading

·Φ 42 × 40mm alumina sample stage.

·The B-type thermocouple is inserted into the bottom of the sample stage to measure the temperature of the crucible in real time.

·Automatic sample table lifting for easy placement/sampling of crucibles.
