ISS-7810 is a testing system that installs each test pulse unit on a rack. With excellent scalability and upgrade capabilities, pulses 5a/5b and Slow pulses+/- can be loaded as needed(※1)In addition, by using PC software to control the entire system, step testing and report generation can be performed.
