The FNS-AX3-N1633 electric fast transient pulse group simulator meets the standard of IEC61000-4-4Ed.3, with a high voltage of up to 5000V and a high frequency of up to 2MHz. It can be connected to a computer to use software and achieve automated testing. Adding options can also evaluate and test the anti-interference performance of signal lines and substrates.
