HD-MF01 Sealing Tester

This instrument uses pneumatic components imported from SMC, with stable and reliable performance. The system adopts digital preset test vacuum degree and vacuum holding time to ensure the accuracy of test data.

This sealing tester adopts automatic constant pressure air supply to further ensure that the test can be carried out under preset vacuum conditions. It is fully automated with one click operation for pumping, holding, replenishing, timing, and blowback. The instrument system is controlled by a microcomputer, matched with a LCD screen and physical button operation, which is convenient, efficient, lightweight, and easy to replace the testing location.

HD-MF02 Sealing Tester

This instrument adopts a self-developed Linux software operating system, a 7-inch touch screen, and one click operation, with a more convenient and intuitive operating interface. It automatically maintains constant pressure and air supply, further ensuring that testing can be carried out under preset vacuum conditions. It supports fully automated one click operation for pumping, holding, replenishing, timing, blowback, storage, and printing. It also supports both normal and gradient test modes, multiple choices, and improves test efficiency. It also supports manual switching between Chinese and English to meet different language requirements.

The sealing tester uses globally recognized test units (kPa and mbar), which can be freely switched. The real-time display of the test pressure curve facilitates quick viewing of test results. The system adopts digital preset test vacuum degree and vacuum holding time to ensure the accuracy of test data. At the same time, the equipment also adopts pneumatic components imported from SMC, with stable and reliable performance and audit tracking function. It tracks and records various activities that occur in the information system, which meets the requirements of Chinese GMP for data traceability.
