Distillation is a thermodynamic separation process that utilizes the different boiling points of various components in a mixed liquid or liquid-solid system to evaporate low boiling point components and then condense them to separate the entire component. The condensation unit is specially customized with a snake shaped condenser tube, intelligent endpoint control to prevent excessive distillation, anti reverse suction, and anti dry burning protection. It realizes simple intelligent operation, automatic distillation, energy saving and consumption reduction, saves labor, and improves efficiency and cost savings for users while making samples.

According to different usage requirements, Holder has produced two distillation instruments:

The HD-ZLA distiller has anti backflow function, single hole single control distillation time, automatic pressure relief, wide range of automatic unmanned heating power adjustment, good heating uniformity, high thermal radiation efficiency, fast distillation speed, and long service life;

On the basis of ZLA, HD-ZLB distiller has added functions such as excessive distillation protection, automatic dry burning prevention, and closed-loop flow rate control. The single hole single control also adds distillation volume+time+density+calibration parameters, making the functions more powerful and meeting different usage needs.
