1、 Project Background

The School of Materials Science and Engineering at Dalian University has long been committed to the research of flame retardant properties of polymer materials, and requires quantitative analysis of the combustion characteristics of materials using an Oxygen Index Analyzer. Traditional equipment has problems such as insufficient accuracy and poor data stability, which affect the progress of scientific research. After multiple investigations, the school ultimately chose to cooperate with domestic instrument manufacturer Beiguang Jingyi to purchase its independently developed oxygen index tester to meet the testing requirements of the national material flame retardant standard (GB/T 2406.2-2009).
