1、 Scope of application of DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven
vacuum drying ovenSuitable for scientific research, medical, industrial and mining enterprises to dry and heat treat items under vacuum conditions. Heating and drying items under vacuum conditions has several advantages:
Can lower the drying temperature (low pressure, low temperature)
Avoid heating certain items to prevent oxidation.
Avoid heating the air to kill biological cells.
Dust free particle damage.

3、 Overview of DZF-6050 Vacuum Drying Cabinet Structure:

A heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring is installed between the studio and the glass door to ensure the sealing between the door and the studio.
All control components, instruments, and valve handles are installed on the panel for easy use. They are controlled by electronic sensing amplification circuits and have digital display of indoor temperature, with accurate temperature control and high precision.
4、 Installation and debugging:
1Installation
vacuum drying ovenIt should be placed indoors with good ventilation conditions, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it.
2Debugging
① Close the box door and tighten the handle to close the vent valve.
② Connect the air duct on the side of the vacuum box to the vacuum pump with vacuum rubber, turn on the power of the vacuum pump, and open the vacuum valve to start pumping. When the vacuum gauge reading reaches-0.06MpaWhen the vacuum valve and vacuum pump power are turned off, the box is in a vacuum state. If there is no heating function, the vacuum box debugging is completed.
③ Connect the power supply of the vacuum box, turn the power switch to the "on" position for about 7 seconds, and the temperature inside the box will be displayed on the temperature controller. The lower part is the set temperature. Press the ↑↓ keys once, and the upper row will display SP. Press the ▲ or ▼ keys again to make the lower row display the desired set temperature. Press the ↑↓ keys again, and the upper row will display ST (press the ▲ or ▼ keys to make the lower row display the desired timing time. When ST is set to 0, the instrument will cancel the timing function. When ST is not set to 0, the instrument will have the timing function. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to set a time. This time is the timer for the machine to work, and it will be turned off without any restart function. )Press the ↑↓ keys again to return to standard mode. The temperature controller setting is complete and the instrument can work normally. Generally, after heating for 90 minutes, the temperature control enters a constant temperature state.
5、 Product usage instructions:
1. Put the items that need to be dried into the vacuum box, close the box door, close the vent valve, turn on the vacuum pump, connect the vacuum pump to extract air, and achieve the required vacuum degree inside the box. Close the vacuum valve and turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump.
2. Connect the power supply of the vacuum box, select the desired set temperature, and the temperature inside the box will start to rise. When the temperature inside the box approaches the set value, the heating indicator will flash on and off, and the vacuum box will be in working condition. Turn off the power switch according to the different drying times required for different items.
3. After the drying is completed, the power should be turned off first, the vent valve should be rotated, the vacuum inside the box should be released, and the box door should be opened to remove the items (when opening the box, due to the deformation of the sealing ring and glass door due to the tight suction, after releasing the vacuum, wait for a moment for the sealing ring to return to its original shape before opening the box door).
6、 Attention:
1. The outer shell of the vacuum box must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. When the vacuum box does not require continuous pumping, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power supply of the vacuum pump motor should be turned off, otherwise the vacuum pump oil should be poured back into the box.
3. When taking out processed items, they must wait for the temperature to cool before being placed into the air.The drying oven should be placed indoors with good ventilation conditions, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it or inside the box,Do not dry flammable and explosive materials.
4. It is best to connect a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent humid and warm gases from entering the vacuum pump.
5. Do not open the control panel unless necessary to avoid damaging the electrical system.
7、 Product maintenance and upkeep:
1. The vacuum box should be kept clean regularly, and the glass of the box door should be tested with a soft cotton cloth. Avoid wiping with reactive chemical solutions to prevent chemical reactions and scratches on the glass.
2. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, neutral grease or Vaseline should be applied to the electroplating to prevent corrosion, and a plastic film dust cover should be placed in a dry room to prevent electrical components from being affected by moisture and affecting use.
