The main parameters for selection are power, air volume and pressure (which require certain requirements for calculation), voltage, etc. Due to the widespread use of vortex air pumps, their selection method is the same as that of fans. Generally speaking, the following two steps need to be followed: 1. Determine the function of the high-pressure blower used on site, whether it is suction or blowing, and find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the blower; If the curve is misread, sometimes the selected product cannot be used; 2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working curve above the corresponding working point that satisfies both pressure and flow rates on the curve graph; Then select the fan model based on the working curve; As long as it is a different work site, its requirements for pressure and flow rate are different, so in order to obtain relatively accurate data, relevant calculations need to be carried out. This needs to be done by professional designers or consulted with professional companies.

No matter which brand it is, two aspects of protection are needed: pressure and dust.
For pressure, a pressure relief valve is often used, which is an unloading valve. When the operating pressure of the fan exceeds the set pressure of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to release the excess pressure and protect the fan.
For dust, filters are often used. It often uses filter cartridges with different filtration accuracies according to different usage scenarios. Different filter cartridges have different maintenance methods and service lives, which need to be clarified when ordering.
In some special occasions, special protection is also necessary: for example, when using in a sealed environment, attention should be paid to ventilation and heat dissipation; When the ambient temperature (intake temperature is relatively high), it is more important to pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation, or choose a fan that allows for a higher intake temperature (such as a full air ring blower that allows for an intake temperature of up to 130 ° C).

Maintenance work of vacuum adsorption fan:
（1） The fan does not rotate
Exclusion method:
1. Not connected to power supply - connected to power supply
2. Motor not working - check motor wiring or replace motor
3. Damaged fan head - repair or replace the fan
4. Foreign objects stuck in the fan - remove foreign objects
（2） Increased noise
Exclusion method:
1. Bearing dry lubrication - adding bearing grease

3. Impeller wear - replace impeller or pump head
4. Loose or detached sturdy components - tighten the fasteners tightly

2. Unbalanced impeller - remove foreign objects from the impeller or calibrate the dynamic and static balance
3. Spindle deformation - replace spindle or pump head
4. Entering the turbulent zone in the working state - adjust the working state to avoid the turbulent zone
5. The inlet and outlet filter screens are blocked - clean the filter screen

Exclusion method:
1. Inlet temperature too high - reduce inlet temperature
2. Bearing dry lubrication - adding bearing grease
3. Fan efficiency decreases - remove blade dust or replace pump head

5. Environmental temperature increase - increase ventilation and heat dissipation in the environment

Exclusion method:
1. Pump head speed reduction - low power supply voltage or motor failure
2. Increased pipeline resistance - reducing pipeline resistance

4. Motor direction reversed - motor rewiring

Detection method for vortex high-pressure blower during use:

1. Check the fastening condition of each part and whether there is any looseness in the positioning pin
2. There is no oil leakage inside the blower body
3. There should be no scaling, rusting, or peeling inside the blower body
4. Pay attention to whether the lubrication and heat dissipation are normal, pay attention to the quality of the lubricating oil, regularly listen to the operation of the blower for any noise, pay attention to whether the unit is running under non compliant working conditions, and regularly add butter
5. The overload of the blower is sometimes not immediately displayed, so attention should be paid to the increasing trend of the intake and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature, and motor current to determine whether the machine is running normally
6. Before disassembling the machine, the dimensions of each fitting should be measured, recorded, and marked on the components to ensure that the original fitting requirements are maintained after assembly
