Noise reduction processing:

1. The serrated structure on the inlet and outlet edges of the impeller of a high-pressure fan can enable the laminar boundary layer of the airflow on the blade to transform into turbulent flow earlier, thereby avoiding unstable waves in the laminar boundary layer that cause vortex separation and reducing noise.

2. An acoustic resonator is installed at the snail tongue of the high-pressure fan. When sound waves are transmitted to the resonator, the small aperture and gas in the cavity move back and forth under the action of sound waves, causing a portion of the sound energy to be lost due to heat consumption and reducing noise.

3. Making the snail tongue inclined can reduce the periodic pulsating velocity of the high-pressure fan impeller cascade airflow and the rotational noise generated by the interaction between the snail tongue. Because the area of action of pulsating aerodynamic forces in the same phase is smaller, the radiated noise is also reduced.

4. Under the same air volume and pressure conditions, using strong forward blades and multi blade impellers for high-pressure blowers is beneficial for increasing the aerodynamic load on the blade grid. The circumferential velocity on the outer circumference of the impeller blades can significantly reduce the noise of the fan.

5. The airflow velocity and pressure distribution behind the blade grate are uneven. When the airflow moves relative to the blades, there is a vortex tongue at the airflow outlet of the moving blade, which will interact with the vortex tongue and produce noise. Therefore, a larger radius of the front end of the vortex tongue should be taken appropriately to reduce the rotational noise and vortex noise of the fan.

1. Please use the fixed frequency of the fixed voltage (recorded on the label) for the power supply, and assemble the correct circuit according to the wiring diagram.

2. The voltage variation should be within plus or minus 5% of the fixed voltage. (10% can also be used, but when the voltage fluctuates greatly for a long time, it is easy to cause faults, which can be avoided.)

3. Due to the lack of an overheat load protection device for the blower, it is not possible to monitor its heat regularly. Therefore, please install an overload protection electromagnetic switch with the same horsepower. And adjust the safety current to be the same as or below the nameplate value.

4. Select standard wiring based on the horsepower of the motor and the electrical construction method.

The EU can refer to safety information such as EN60034, EN60204-1, EN294, and IEE wiring regulations. Specific industries and countries have further safety requirements, please consult their trade and safety regulatory units.

5. Confirm the direction of rotation:

After wiring is completed, turn on the switch briefly to confirm its rotation direction and whether there is any noise. The direction of rotation is indicated by the arrow on the blower. If the rotation direction is incorrect, the order of suction and supply air will be reversed. If it is three-phase, swap any two of the three external wires.

1. Fault phenomenon
The motor cannot start, even if it can start without load, the speed slowly increases and there is a buzzing sound; The motor emits smoke and heat, accompanied by a burning smell.

2. Inspection results
Remove the motor end cover and you can see that 1/3 or 2/3 of the pole phase windings at the end of the winding are either burnt or have turned dark brown.

3. Causes and Solutions of Malfunctions
(1) Poor contact or mechanical damage to the fuse circuit of the motor power supply circuit, resulting in the melting of a certain phase fuse.
(2) The specifications of the three-phase fuses in the motor power supply circuit are different, and the fuses with smaller capacity are blown. The fuse should be replaced with the same specification according to the power of the motor.
(3) Poor contact (burning or loosening) of switches (isolating switches, rubber cover switches, etc.) and contactors in the power supply circuit of electric motors. Repair and adjust the moving and stationary contacts to ensure good contact.
(4) A certain phase of the line is missing. Identify the broken wire and connect it securely.
(5) Poor contact caused by virtual soldering between the winding connections of the electric motor. Carefully check the connection wires of the motor winding and weld them firmly.
