When the impeller rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the wind vane drives the gas to move forward and outward, forming a series of spiral movements. The air between the impeller blades accelerates and rotates in a spiral shape, squeezing the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (sucked in through the suction port). When it enters the side channel, the gas is compressed and then returns to accelerate and rotate between the impeller blades again. When air passes through the impeller and side groove along a spiral trajectory, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, further increasing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange, the gas is squeezed out of the blades and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler.

When inserting the pipe into the air inlet and outlet, please keep the center consistent and do not connect it under forced circumstances. Ducthoses can be easily connected using shock-absorbing joints and can prevent the transmission of vibrations. Please do not directly add the weight of the pipe to the flange surface of the high-pressure fan to prevent deformation. When introducing hot air, please use flexible joints to avoid the influence of thermal expansion. Avoid sudden shrinkage, expansion, or bending that may result in poor fluid efficiency

High pressure fan manufacturer wiring

1. Please use the fixed frequency of the fixed voltage (recorded on the label) for the power supply, and assemble the correct circuit according to the wiring diagram.
2. The voltage variation should be within plus or minus 5% of the fixed voltage. (10% can also be used, but when there is a large voltage fluctuation for a long time, it is easy to cause faults, so it is best to avoid it.)
3. Due to the lack of an overheat load protection device for the blower, it is not possible to monitor its heat regularly. Therefore, please install an overload protection electromagnetic switch with the same horsepower. And adjust the safety current to be the same as or below the nameplate value.
4. Select standard wiring based on the horsepower of the motor and the electrical construction method.
The EU can refer to safety information such as EN60034, EN60204-1, EN294, and IEE wiring regulations. Specific industries and countries have further safety requirements, please consult their trade and safety regulatory units.
5. Confirm the direction of rotation:
After wiring is completed, turn on the switch briefly to confirm its rotation direction and whether there is any noise. The direction of rotation is indicated by the arrow on the blower. If the rotation direction is incorrect, the order of suction and supply air will be reversed. If it is three-phase, swap any two of the three external wires.

6. Grounding: To prevent accidents caused by leakage, please install a ground wire

Installation of industrial high-pressure blower
1. Flat washers and spring washers must be used to tighten screws;
2. It is best to use rubber buffer rubber to withstand the weight of high-pressure fans, especially high-power high-pressure fans
3. For certain occasions where noise is required, a muffler can be installed to reduce noise (usually around 5dB). The muffler is installed at the end of the inlet or outlet duct;
4. For certain occasions with high noise requirements, a layer of soundproofing foam can be added according to the conditions of the machine itself to meet the on-site noise requirements. For specific details, please consult the manufacturer of the high-pressure fan or a professional noise control company;
5. When using sound-absorbing foam, pay attention to the distance between the high-pressure fan and the box, the ventilation and heat dissipation of the high-pressure fan, and the use of rubber buffer to bear the weight of the high-pressure fan. 6. The inlet and outlet pipes of high-pressure fans should be connected using hoses to isolate vibrations.

Different usage sites often use filter cartridges with different filtration accuracies, and different filter cartridges have different maintenance methods and service lives. It is necessary to clarify this when ordering.

In some special occasions, special protection is also necessary: for example, when using in a sealed environment, attention should be paid to ventilation and heat dissipation; When the ambient temperature (intake temperature is relatively high), it is more important to pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation, or choose a high-pressure fan that allows for a higher intake temperature

Instructions for using vortex air pump

When the high-pressure fan is running, the current consumed by the motor will increase with the increase of pressure and vacuum degree. If the current is too high, it will cause the contactor to trip. To prevent tripping or save electricity, please increase the cross-sectional area of the air outlet as much as possible, or install a wind pressure and air volume regulating valve on the suction or exhaust side.
A、 For air supply - appropriate filters should be installed at the inlet
1. The total cross-sectional area of the air outlet should be greater than half of the cross-sectional area of the fan outlet.
2. If used for air delivery in water, the water depth pressure should be below 70% of the maximum static pressure value indicated on the model catalog.
3. It is normal for the outlet temperature to be higher than room temperature by 10 degrees Celsius due to air friction during pressurized air delivery, so an iron pipe of at least 1M should be used.
B、 For suction - a silencer can be installed at the outlet
The total cross-sectional area of the suction hole should be greater than half of the inlet cross-sectional area of the blower.
C、 Simple cleaning method for filters:
Unscrew the self adapter of the filter and use an air spray gun or brush to remove dirt or dust from the filter screen. After cleaning, turn it back to use.
