1. Purpose:

When in use, rotate the directional handle and the connecting rod to drive the ball valve core to rotate to the corresponding position, achieving the opening and closing of the air circuit. It has a compact appearance and structure, and is used in chromatographic gas circuits or liquid injection switches. The rotating handle can switch between 180 °, 90 °, and three position three-way switches. PEEK sealing material can be used to analyze corrosive gases, liquids, and sulfides.

Working principle of ball valve:

A valve that can be opened and closed by horizontally rotating a spherical valve core, which can achieve two position two-way or customized as a multi position multi way form. When in use, rotate the directional handle and the connecting rod to drive the ball valve core to rotate to the corresponding position, achieving the opening and closing of the air circuit.

Usage:

As shown in the figure, the handle is connected to a spherical valve core. When the handle rotates to a position perpendicular to the valve body, the inlet and outlet are blocked by the sealing surface of the valve core and are in a closed state. When the handle rotates to a horizontal position with the valve body, the inlet and outlet are connected by the diameter structure of the valve core and are in an open state.

5. Precautions

The gas used should be pure and dry to prevent oil stains, dust, and mechanical impurities from entering the valve body;

2. The gas should be pure, free of oil, water, and solid impurities;

3. The orifice of the pipeline connected to the valve should be smooth and free of burrs;

When installing pipelines and valves, they should be operated with both hands, and the nuts and sealing rings should be sequentially fitted onto the gas pipeline for installation.
