1. Purpose:
Electric twelve way valveUsed for sampling sample gases; Quantitative injection; Air circuit switching and other instruments and equipment with similar requirements.

2. Main technical parameters

1) Pressure range: 0-0.60 MPa

2) Temperature range: 0-250 ℃; 0-330 ℃ (with extension rod)

3) Sample repeatability: better than 0.1%

4) Valve interface size: Φ 1.6, Φ 2, Φ 3, 1/16 ', 1/8'

5) Switching times: Continuous operation at room temperature for more than 2 million times

6) Extension rod length: 1 ', 2', 3 ', 4'

7) Media used: gas, liquid

8) Motor Description:

a. Supply voltage:+12VDC or 24VDC, with the red line being positive and the black line being ground. (See Table 1 for control methods)
b. After power on, the driver can control the valve to automatically reset

c. Rated power: 5W

d. Torque: 0.45N. m

e. Relay isolation drive (as shown in Figure 1)
f. When the COL of the drive control terminal is at a low level, the relay closes and the driver rotates forward.
g. When the COL of the drive control terminal is at a high level, the relay opens and the driver reverses

h. Driver temperature range: 0-70 ℃

i. The connection between the power line and the control line is shown in Figure 1

Note: When placing an order, the user must specify the power supply voltage and control method

a. The power supply voltage should be consistent with the requirements of the driver to be connected;
b. When connecting the power and control lines, do not connect them incorrectly;
c. When the power is turned on, there should be a reset action (the valve action can be seen through the observation hole).

Electric twelve way valveThe cleanliness detection spectrum was obtained using the original Beijing Analytical Instrument Factory's sp-3420 gas chromatography, FID detector, range 12 (i.e. 10-12), 8M0.32 test column, column sampler temperature 200 ℃, column box temperature 200 ℃, detector temperature 250 ℃, as shown in Figure 2

The repeatability detection spectrum of the valve, column box at 100 ℃, injector at 150 ℃, detector at 150 ℃, with a range of 12 (i.e. 10-12), as shown in Figure 3

6. Usage and maintenance

a. Oil stains, dust, and all mechanical impurities should be prevented from entering the valve body;

b. Oil stains, dust, and all mechanical impurities should be prevented from entering the cylinder;

c. There should be no leakage at the connection between the inlet and outlet pipes and the valve body;

d. There should be no loose sliding at the connection between the valve head and the cylinder to prevent improper switching.
