Overview
The zero headspace extractor complies with the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) requirements of the National Environmental Protection Agency for volatile compounds. The purpose of the dissolution test is to determine the presence of two types of flowability, organic and inorganic pollutants, in liquids, solids, and multiphase waste. If the dissolution test is applied to extract samples from solid waste and extract samples from the waste at leaching levels or if the solid waste sample material itself contains concentrations exceeding the allowable limit, the waste refers to hazardous waste that conforms to the toxic characteristic material structure.

Build seamless welding, fluorine rubber O-ring with simple mechanical design, durable and easy sample loading and filtration. Capable of withstanding pressure up to 100psi, with inner and surface passivation treatment.

1、 Volatile substance leaching device (mandatory)

4. Extraction solution delivery pump: The pipeline and Pumphead are both made of TEFLON material (optional)
The complete set of equipment simulates the process of hazardous components leaching from waste into the environment under the influence of acidic precipitation or landfill leachate after non-standard landfill disposal, storage, harmless treatment, or industrial waste entering sanitary landfills. Applicable for the identification of leaching toxicity of inorganic pollutants and volatile/non-volatile organic pollutants in solid waste, as well as for the environmental impact assessment of hazardous waste storage and disposal facilities. The instrument complies with the requirements of the national standards GB5085.3-2007, HJ/T299-2007, and HJ/T300-2007 of the People's Republic of China. The entire system complies with the EPA1311 (TCLP) standard. Capable of leaching inorganic and organic toxicity from lubricating oils or sludge with high oil content, and providing corresponding methods.
