ZQ series reducer

ZQ reducers are mainly used in lifting machinery and can also be used in general equipment such as mining machinery, chemical industry, and light industry. The same type of crane reducer is mainly used in the lifting industry, and its applicable conditions are as follows:
ZQ gearbox
1. The circumferential speed of the gear transmission of the reducer shall not exceed 4 meters per second;
2. The speed of the high-speed shaft of the reducer shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute;
3. The reducer is used for both forward and reverse operation;
4. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40 ℃ to+40 ℃

ZQ-500-20-II-Z
(1) ZQ represents the gearbox model
(2) 500 represents the total center distance (mm)
(3) 20 is the nominal transmission ratio
(4) II represents the assembly form as II assembly. For other assembly forms, please refer to the installation dimensions of zq reducer
(5) Z represents that the output shaft of the ZQ series reducer is a cylindrical shaft end, in addition to a cross block shaft end (code F) and a gear type shaft end (code C, CA). The specific dimensions can be found in the installation dimensions of the ZQ series reducer

Example of ZQ reducer model
The total center distance of the ZQ series reducer is 500mm, with a speed ratio of i=40.17 (here we are referring to the actual transmission ratio, and the nominal transmission ratio and actual transmission ratio of the ZQ reducer are shown in the table below). The assembly form is Type II, and the output shaft is of the C gear type. The specific model is marked as:

Note: The ZQH reducer is based on the zq reducer, which replaces the involute cylindrical gear with a double circular arc cylindrical gear. The gear parameters have been changed, but the external dimensions and load-bearing capacity are the same as the ZQ type (see installation dimensions of the zq reducer for details). In addition, the ZQD type large transmission ratio reducer adds one gear on the basis of the zq reducer to form a large transmission ratio reducer. Time has proven that the double circular arc cylindrical gear not only has a longer service life than the involute cylindrical gear, but also has greater capacity, higher strength, and less tooth surface wear.
