The X or B in XWD/BWD represents the X series or B series planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer.

W represents horizontal foot installation.

D is the motor code, and in the new Guomao model representation method, the motor code is directly added before the power, that is, Y (ordinary motor) 7.5

17 is the speed ratio, the speed ratio range of single-stage planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer is 7-87, and the speed ratio range of two-stage reducer is 99 (9 * 11)~7569 (87 * 87) (related connection: calculation method of speed ratio of cycloidal pinwheel reducer)

Y in Y7.5 is the motor code for Y2 series three-phase asynchronous motors (YEJ flat electromagnetic brake motor, YVP variable frequency speed control motor, YB explosion-proof motor, etc.), 7.5 is the motor power, default is 4P motor

CZ indicates the configuration of Guomao cycloidal reducer dedicated long axis motor (i.e. direct connection motor), without CZ indicates the configuration with motor joint type.

The names of the two-stage horizontal planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer are XWED and BWED, and the three-stage ones are XWSD and BWSD

When configuring a horizontal planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, other installation forms include: D (inverted), C1/C2 (side mounted), L (vertical mounted), Y (upward mounted)

lubrication

When using grease lubrication for XWD/BWD horizontal reducers, it is recommended to use 2 # lithium based grease, 2 # extreme pressure lithium based grease, or 00 # reducer grease
